Buzzing
about, kitty cat prowls, and storing the nuts for the winter, is what this book
is touting. If you like rhymes and cats that purr and climb, bumbles that buzz
and pollinate, this would be a great selection for you or any child’s library.
Children
will love the magnificent vivid, pop off the page illustrations by Elizabeth
Koenig. Each picture is more inviting than the last. Children will delight in these full color
pages that are sure to entertain.
Margot
Finke has written yet another book of rhythmic verse for children. She is well
known for her rhyming books and her ability to delight and amuse children with
her entertaining and educational stories and facts of not only the down under,
but also other parts of the world.
Squirrels can’t Help Being Nuts offers vocabulary words at the end of each page. Great book, fun for kids, excellent read!

Susan, many thanks for your great review of my "Squirrels." I am thrilled!!
ReplyDeleteI see you have a BUY link though PayLoadz--is this through GAP, the Publisher? In any case, I tried it out and none of the links work - at least not for me.
You're welcome Margot. This is the link that came from Guardian Angel Publishing. The link did work for me Margot. I'll add an Amazon link also.
DeleteYou were right Margot, one part of Payloadz didn't work. It was the link from the GAP page, but refuses to work on my blog for some reason. However, It works on the GAP page just fine. Go figure.
DeleteHI Susan, Nice review of another book by Margot Finke. I lover her rhyming books--all her books. This one is especially nice with the great artwork by Elizabeth. Thanks much, Penny (my review is at www.penelopeannecole.com)
ReplyDeleteThanks Penny. I love her books also. Art work brings the text to life. It's so important to have a good artist.
